 Effective August 1, 2008, The Diocese of Palm Beach will continue to use Rx Education & Benefit Design Organization, Inc (RxEDO pronounced Re-do) as your Prescription Benefit Partner. RxEDO uses many of the same pharmacies you are already accustomed to; therefore you should see very few changes to your plan.

The RxEDO pharmacy network includes over 56,000 participating pharmacies nationwide and includes all major chain pharmacies. In addition, RxEDO provides mail order services through Walgreens Mail Service. Easy to use instructions and assistance can be found in the mail order member packet.

 

To better assist you and your pharmacist with these plan changes, we have included the following Helpful Hints.

 

       Please communicate to the pharmacist or pharmacy technician that your plan has changed to a new prescription drug processor as of January 1, 2007.

       Show them your identification card. It includes two important numbers:

       BIN # 610622 and PCN # 03980000, as well as any other information they will need to process your claim through RxEDO.

       If your pharmacy has any questions concerning the process, please have them call the pharmacy help desk (866) 854-3142 for RxEDO, which is printed on your identification card.

  • For online service, please visit our website at www.rxedo.com The first time you try to access the website, you will be asked to register to receive your screen name and password. Please have your ID card handy since you will be asked to enter your ID number.
