Elder Affairs

The Elder Affairs Program provides compassionate, comprehensive guardianship and case management services to those in need, emphasizing the concerns of the economically disadvantaged and those without adequate community support. The staff assists in providing:

• Assessment of client needs when faced with life decisions

• Preparation of personalized care plan

• Bill payment and budget planning

• Assistance with nursing home admissions

• Securing medical/hospital admissions

• Facilitating Medicaid and veteran applications

• Continual monitoring to assure clients physical/emotional well-being.

Individuals 65 years and older who are at risk physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and/or spiritually are eligible.
