need, emphasizing the concerns of the economically disadvantaged and

physical/emotional well-being.
Individuals 65 years and older who are at risk
physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and/or spiritually are
eligible.

Guardianship Training Program
A course of study approved by the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court and provided to guardians appointed in Palm Beach County to ensure that they understand their legal duties to both their ward and the court. Successful completion of this training course is required within four (4) months after appointment as guardian.
