Wellness

The Catholic Charities Wellness program employs registered nurses at two central parish locations. The Wellness or faith community nurse serves as a health advocate for those in need, educator, and counselor; facilitator of health ministries; coordinates chronic disease self-management classes; and is a resource and referral agent for church and community services.
