St. Joan of
Arc Church and Diocese Office of Renewal Sponsor Healing Mission
St. Joan
of Arc Catholic Church and the Diocese of Palm Beach Office of
Renewal will sponsor a Healing Mission October 5 & 6, 2007.
Come, Let the one who Thirsts Come is the theme for the two
day event which will include Mass, praise and worship, workshops
with specific teaching on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, witness
from internationally known Catholic lay speakers, confession,
Eucharistic adoration and a closing healing service.
Father
John Gallagher, liaison to the Bishop for the Office of Renewal
said “We need to inject fresh hope and a joy, as
St. Paul
calls us to renew our minds.”
Elaborating on the various speakers who are from various parts
of the U.S., Gallagher added “They bring the gift of new
blood and new hope in the love of Jesus and how he changed their
lives, and they will help our people to answer that call to cast
off the old ways and enter a lifestyle of change with Jesus.”
