On the Feast of the Holy Innocents, Dec. 28, Mass was celebrated in the Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel of the Holy Innocents, an apostolate for life in the West Palm Beach location of Miracle House. Celebrants Father Dominic Toan-Tran of St. Joan of Arc Parish in Boca Raton and Deacon Miguel Muñoz of St. Juliana Parish in West Palm Beach and the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola in Palm Beach Gardens were just one of hundreds of priests that have celebrated Mass in the chapel.
Jim Kolar, who oversees the chapel’s care, was thrilled to see the space full for the feast day. “Priests from Vero Beach to Belle Glade have celebrated Mass here and it’s a blessing to have them lead us in prayer for the sanctity of life.”
The chapel was built as a part of Birthline/Lifeline Pregnancy Care Center, honoring the unborn who have been lost to abortion. Mass is offered at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday, followed by adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until noon. It is also open to the public during office hours for quiet reflection.
