 - requiring parental consent for a physician to perform an abortion on a m
 inor.  \nThe timing of Rep. Grall's remarks on anti-abortion legislation i
 nitiatives in Florida\, other states\, and the United States federal gover
 nment are especially important to our audience in light of the following:
 \nânâ	State of Florida and other states' initiatives to adopt 'Heartbeat' leg
 islation similar to that recently enacted  by the State of Texas\nâ€˘	Women's
  Health Protection Act ('WHPA') -- recently passed in the US House of Repr
 esentatives -- that seeks to impose abortion on demand at any stage of pre
 gnancy through federal statute\, and\nâ€˘	Mississippi case of Dobbs v. Jackso
 n Women's Health Organization which will be heard by the US Supreme Court 
 the first week in December\, 2021 which has the potential to overturn Roe
