Director of Advancement & Communications - St. Clare Catholic School
St. Clare Catholic School located in North Palm Beach; FL is searching for a full time Director of Advancement & Communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, alumni, parents, parishioners, and community stakeholders
- Support annual giving, capital campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and donor recognition efforts
- Serve as the primary communications liaison for the school, drafting parent communications, announcements, and school updates
- Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies that support enrollment, retention, fundraising, and community engagement
- Maintain and update the school website and digital platforms, ensuring consistent branding
- Design print and digital marketing materials, publications, and event collateral
- Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters for parents, alumni, donors, and prospective families
- Coordinate communications, marketing, and promotional efforts for school and advancement events
- Manage and support fundraising platforms and auction campaigns
- Collaborate with the Pastor, Principal, faculty, staff, volunteers, and school organizations
Qualifications:
- Advancement, marketing, communications, or development experience (Catholic/private school experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Passion for Catholic education and school mission
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
- Experience with donor CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and graphic design tools a plus
- Ability to multitask, work independently and make responsible judgment calls
- Ability to work effectively with Diocesan employees, department heads, representatives of other agencies and the general public
- Excellent written, verbal and public speaking skills
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
- Ability to stay focused and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to respect confidentiality and consistently exercise discretion and good business judgment

Physical Requirements
- Occasional light lifting and carrying of under 15 pounds
- Occasional moderate carrying and lifting of 15 – 44 pounds
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, climbing, stretching and kneeling
- Frequent use of both hands and fingers
- Occasional moments of minimal and routine hearing
