Interim Third Grade Teacher - Sacred Heart Catholic School
Sacred Heart Catholic School located in Lake Worth Beach; FL is searching for a full time Interim Third Grade Teacher.

Essential Communication Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality instruction aligned with school curriculum, academic standards, and the mission of Catholic education.
• Create a faith-filled, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that supports the spiritual, academic, and social-emotional growth of all students.
• Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily lessons, classroom culture, and interactions with students.
• Serve as a positive role model of positive character, demonstrating compassion, respect, and integrity.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners and promote academic excellence.
• Differentiate instruction to support students with unique learning needs, including accommodations and individualized plans.
• Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior rooted in Gospel values and school discipline policies.
• Assess student learning regularly and use data to guide instruction, enrichment, and intervention.
• Foster strong relationships with students and encourage responsibility, leadership, and service to others.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians, supporting a strong home-school partnership.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to promote a positive school community centered on faith and learning.
• Participate in school liturgies, prayer services, religious celebrations, and other faith-based activities.
• Maintain accurate records including attendance, grades, lesson plans, and student documentation.
• Support and uphold all school policies, diocesan guidelines, and expectations of professional conduct.
• Commit to ongoing professional and spiritual development as an educator in a Catholic school community.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of teacher education or related field.
· Current State teaching license (or meet all requirements for a plan of study to obtain licensure).
· Practicing Catholic preferred.
· Professional working attitude and collaborative approach.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with supervisor and staff.
· Models Catholic spirituality, attitudes, and behaviors.

Physical Requirements:
