ROYAL PALM BEACH | The No One Buried Alone ministry honored the lives of 101 souls March 29 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, providing a dignified burial to those who would otherwise be forgotten.
Father Gabriel Ghanoum, who heads the program, presided at the memorial service after which the cremated remains were interred in a special crypt, thanks to a partnership between the cemetery, the Diocese of Palm Beach and the Palm Beach County Division of Human Services.

Since 2011 and regardless of religious faith, those served by No One Buried Alone were either abandoned at death or died with no family or friends to take care of funeral arrangements. Father Ghanoum accepts responsibility for the body when no one else comes forward.
