St. Joseph Catholic Church and School in Stuart, Florida, has openings for part-time and full-time teaching assistants for various grade levels. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of St. Joseph Catholic Church and School and the Diocese of Palm Beach.
Functions and Responsibility:
- Work with the classroom teacher to ensure safety and security of students at all times.
- Assist the classroom teacher with go-home folders, centers, overseeing student work, or other duties as assigned by the teacher and/or principal.
- Provide supervision during lunchtime.
- Make copies and prepare student work as requested by the teacher.
- Maintain confidentiality of teachers, students, and parents at all times.
